Our Team & Leadership

First Baptist Church of Boardman consists of a dedicated group of people who serve the Lord Jesus Christ side by side. Our leadership team is filled with people from a variety of backgrounds.  We work together to help provide the leadership needed for this growing church. We are actively involved in both the church and out in our community.

At the present time, our team has Pastor Rick Weiss and his wife Shara along with our Elders Carl Perry, Paul Beagle and Randy Baker.  Paul Beagle also serves as our Treasurer and Amanda Ferguson serves as our Clerk. In addition, we have a terrific group of people helping to lead Celebrate Recovery, Awana, Men’s Breakfast, and more. We’d love to meet you!
